User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/136.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a PDF 2.0 with Metadata set
- Let FF show you the Metadata
Actual results:
- Document properties won't show the set attributes, eg.
- title
- author
- date
etc.
Expected results:
Should display the data
Remark: With PDF2.0 the Metadata are not any longer stored in a dictionary but rather in a Stream object. While this is optional for PDF2.0 (ISO 32000, 14.3.3) it is mandatory when using UA2 (ISO 14289-2) that the Stream objects are used.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello! I have managed to reproduce the issue with firefox 140.0a1(2025-05-13) on Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 10.
I will mark this as NEW in order to get our developers involved and provide a solution in further releases.
Have a nice day!
