Steps to reproduce
- Open a custom tab
- Change system theme
Expected behavior
The new theme should be applied without any UI issues.
Actual behavior
The system and the toolbar theme changes but the system bars theme doesn't.

Setting S3 as this only happens if changing the system theme while in a custom tab which may not be a common scenario.
Severity: S2 → S3
