The new user profiles that mozregression creates have the "Send technical and interaction data" setting turned off. That makes sense since we don't want our mozregression testing to pollute our telemetry data from real users. But I see these new profiles still have the "Send daily usage ping to Mozilla" setting turned on. The DAU ping and setting was split out from technical and interaction data (so users could choose to opt out of just one or the other). Like the technical and interaction data, we should probably turn off the daily usage ping in new mozregression profiles.
Bug 1921218 and bug 1949044 have more details about the "Send daily usage ping to Mozilla" setting.
