Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://www.reddit.com/r/eurovision/comments/1knjwqm/reactions_hot_takes_salt_and_venting_thread_esc/
Select text in a comment
While keeping your mouse button held down, drag past the end of the comment. Seems most reliably reproduced dragging over the share or reply button

Actual results:

Text selection freezes, can't interact with links on the page, a cpu core is fully pegged, APZ is still repsonsive (not sure if that's handled by content process or parent process)

Expected results:

Text selection behaves normally and does not freeze the content process
