User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/136.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
- Open https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
- Start camera capture
- Switch to another browser and start camera capture
- Switch between the browsers multiple times
Actual results:
Capture area becomes dark after switching to and from a different browser using the same camera (Chrome in my case)
Expected results:
Capture area should have continued to display live camera feed.

Can confirm the capture area goes dark.
On another browser (ie Chrome), the feed freezes.
