1967076 - Move network connection status information into statusbar in cZ

At the moment the connection status is shown in the network view in cZ. We should give the user better feedback to the connection status by moving it to the status bar.
With the changes, when not connected or connecting all views display the current connection condition (colour) / amended view name in the statusbar; when connected all views have the condition (colour) but only the network view has the amended view name in the statusbar.
