We can plan this for Firefox 141 or 142, once the fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1899502 lands and we've had an opportunity to fuzz again.

This reached Stage 4 at plenary yesterday, so I think it makes sense to ship what we have, rather than waiting for the optimization bug to land.
