This has been released to 100% of users so we can enable by default and remove the rollouts, there are some issues with the rolllout / experiment setup so be good to enable asap

I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using latest nightly Firefox 141.0a1 (2025.06.10) and 140.0b7 on Windows 11, Ubuntu 22 and macOS 10.15, the pref browser.urlbar.scotchBonnet.enableOverride is true by default.
