Steps to reproduce:

Select text fields or drop down lists on web pages

Actual results:

Refresh was triggered by pull-down

Expected results:

Selection should not be interpreted as pull down, especially a minimal swipe gesture should not trigger refresh.

Version: Firefox 140 → Firefox 138
