Steps to reproduce:
Opened Firefox Nightly for Android and tab strip was missing even though it was previously enabled and working on my Samsung Z Fold 6.
Actual results:
Tab Strip is missing and is no longer available as an option on Samsung Z Fold 6 OneUI 7.
Expected results:
Previous steps were to launch Firefox Nightly for Android.
Enable Developer options
Enter secret settings
Enable Tab Strip feature.
I'm using the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and I'm experiencing the same problem. It was working in previous builds.

Thanks for filing this bug! Could you please update to the latest Nightly and check again, if you haven't since posting this?
There's a chance your version is in-between some feature flagging changes we made, but we have since removed the secret setting for manually toggling on and off the feature.
Are you simply looking to have the feature enabled, or do you have some use cases where you like to toggle the feature on and off within a browsing session?

It is still not showing for me. I updated to the latest version on the play store and also reinstalled. Still no tab strip.
I would like the feature enabled as having the tab strip on a foldable it extremely useful and currently only chromium browsers are capable of that. However I think it should remain a toggle in one of the menus as it may be useful to turn it on and off. Plus, I think some would like it to be available to normal phones as well, or at least the choice of a toggle.

Thanks for the response! I'll discuss adding a toggle in settings with a product manager.

Closing this as a duplicate, tab strip is not enabled for foldables. (see Bug 1929277)
But we will work on a Settings toggle to allow users to enable it: Bug 1971868
