Preconditions
- vertical tab enabled
- expand on hover enabled
- some pinned tabs
Steps to reproduce
- Open several regular tabs, but stop before they start to overflow.
- Resize the pinned tabs area until the normal tabs area scroll bar is displayed.
Expected result
- The pinned tabs area can be resized continuously.
Actual result
- The pinned tabs area's resize functionality stops working when the scroll bar for the normal tabs area is displayed or hidden.
Regression range
- Not a regression, new implementation from bug 1941189.
