User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/136.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security
  3. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" Section
  4. Click the "Clear Data... " button.
  5. Select "Cookies and Site Data"
  6. Click "Clear"

Actual results:

Cookies and site data are cleared immediately after clicking "Clear" with no configurations prompt or undo option.

Expected results:

A confirmation prompt should appear before clearing cookies and site data, or an undo option should be presented after the action. This would prevent accidental deletion of important cookies (e.g., login sessions).

Component: Untriaged → Settings UI
Type: defect → enhancement

I was able to reproduce the issue on Win11x64 using Firefox build 141.0a1.
Mark issue as new since it is an enhancement.
