Steps to reproduce:

Printing a document or saving it as a PDF file

Actual results:

The Printing Preview window is way smaller than before the update to Version 140 Beta1. Or is this intentional?

Expected results:

A bigger, more usable printing preview.

This certainly seems like a dupe. The changes in bug 1967677 have been uplifted to beta and should be included in the next beta update. If this is still occurring for you after updating please needinfo me and I will investigate
