Actual results:

the () delimiters stretch when the parent is mrow or msqrt, do not stretch when the parent is math or mtd. see firefox.png

Expected results:

The delimiters should stretch for all valid parents. The expected result is seen in Chrome and related browsers, see attached chrome.png
