the IFRAME is flashing disturbingly if I change a DIV tag's display to 'block'
from 'none' above IFRAME
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Menu -> Tabán Trafik Distribution / Hungary / Products /
2. we're dragging the mouse above menupoints Cigarette / Filter cigarillo

apparently it´s only the one page with the IFRAME, the other pages using the
same menu work fine.

We created a demo file for demonstaring the problem's generality.
If we use Mozilla 1.0 the IFRAME isn't flashing, but in case of higher
versions (1.2.1, 1.3) not only the test element is flashing but also the
IFRAME. It would be well working of the IFRAME to be invariable when the
test element's display property has changed.
