User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:139.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/139.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set primary monitor to 100% scaling (2560x1440)
  2. Set second monitor to ≥125% scaling (3840x2160, placed left of primary monitor)
  3. Drag Firefox between the two monitors.

Workaround:

  • Placing the second monitor right of the primary monitor fixes the flickering.

This is reproducible on:

  • KDE Plasma 6.3.5
  • Gnome 48.1

Actual results:

Firefox window flickers when dragging between the two monitors, and when maximizing/restoring the window.

Expected results:

The window should not flicker.
