After a long time browsing the web (including watching YouTube videos), I'm seeing high "Shared GPU memory" usage in Windows Task Manager.
Before creating the reports, I closed all tabs except one "about:blank" tab. Then I opened "about:memory", and clicked the "Minimize Memory Usage" button a few times.
Files attached:
about:support "Copy Text to Clipboard"
about:memory "Measure and Save..."
"Firefox Shared GPU memory before restarting.png" showing 3GB in use
"Firefox Shared GPU memory after restarting.png" showing 128MB in use
While 3GB might not seem like much, in a different browsing session, I saw the "Shared GPU memory" usage go as high as 48GB. But I didn't save any reports from that time.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Another about:memory report from when "Shared GPU memory" was at 6.6GB after closing all tabs except a blank tab.

Dan, it would also be helpful to have the output of your about:support attached here as well, if you could.
Dropping into triage to review.
The first report has about:support in there, does that change across restarts?
about:memory report when task manager reported 11.5GB of Shared GPU Memory usage.
