Steps to reproduce:

Open firefox, click on show sidebars icon, choose History, close sidebar, close Firefox, open Firefox, click on sidebars icon, Bookmarks is still default.
Closed Firefox, deleted xulstore.json, opened Firefox, steps above, still it has same problem.

Actual results:

Open firefox, click on show sidebars icon, choose History, close sidebar, close Firefox, open Firefox, click on sidebars icon, Bookmarks is still default.

Expected results:

History on sidebar should be default.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sidebar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
