In Bug 1970729 it was pointed out that the German localization is currently 100% translated, see https://pontoon.mozilla.org/de/firefox-for-android/.

I have already reported the lack of contrast separately under bug 1971424.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox for Android::Toolbar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Looking at the dialog code, these strings don't seem to be hard-coded in the app, rather they seem to be pulled in from strings.xml. Where do you see them hard-coded?

I have not seen these text strings hard-coded. This statement results as a conclusion from the fact that the processing status of the German translations is 100%, but the strings are not actually translated into German.
