1971663 - Remove Pocket context menu items from recommended stories from New Tab

Expected outcome: even with pocket.extensions.enabled, there should be no Pocket-related context menu items visible on recommended stories on New Tab.

In scope: removing "Save to Pocket", "Delete from Pocket" and "Archive in Pocket" context menu items + associated code, styles, icons, tests.

Out of scope: removing any tangentially related Pocket prefs or telemetry events. This will be addressed in a separate bug.
