This messages do not have any References in headers. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. This problem occur in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; ru-RU; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021022 too.

Right, not a bug - a feature. The RFE for pref to turn this feature off is bug 164115 - please dupe it against that bug.
