This occurs using Western(Iso-8859-15) or -1 as well as Western(Windows-1252).

1) works for me
2) the site doesn't specify any charset to use, so it's basically the site's
fault, as the charset to use can only be guessed by mozilla
3) this is no problem specific to the german localized mozilla version, so it
doesn't fit into this bugzilla product/category
