User-Agent: tabbert caravan Build Identifier: specific characters, like the german "umlaute" or Apostrophe (ASCII 27) are not shown as they shoud. There is a "?" instead. This occurs using Western(Iso-8859-15) or -1 as well as Western(Windows-1252). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open link 2. look 3. Actual Results: see details Expected Results: all characters should be shown correctly
1) works for me 2) the site doesn't specify any charset to use, so it's basically the site's fault, as the charset to use can only be guessed by mozilla 3) this is no problem specific to the german localized mozilla version, so it doesn't fit into this bugzilla product/category Marking as wfm
