Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:139.0) Gecko/139.0 Firefox/139.0
Steps to reproduce:
Whenever I watch or listen to media in annother application media playback is broken in Firefox and I must force quit Firefox to restore media playback functionality.
This problem is not new, users looking for a solution on the internet are told to empty the cache or reboot the phone, witch does work but is not a viable solution.
Actual results:
Impossible to watch a video on any website after using another app that also displays video (for exemple Instagram or nebula).
The play button does not do anything or the loading animation runs forever depending on website.
Going into the settings of the phone, to force quit Firefox fixes the problem.
Expected results:
I should be able to watch videos without restarting the app.

I couldn't reproduce the bug.
Can you reproduce it reliably?
If yes, gettings logs could help us identify the issue.
Click on the "three dots" menu, Settings, and find "About Firefox Nightly" at the bottom of this screen.
Then, tap about 5 times on the Firefox logo, and go back to the Settings screen.
The last item of the Settings list is now "Start Profiler". Click it, and then chose "Media", and tap "Start profiler".
You can then try reproducing the bug.
After you've successfully reproduced the bug, come back to the Settings screen, and click on "Stop profiler" (at the bottom).
Please send us the URL that will be automatically copied into your clipboard when you click "Stop profiler".
Thanks a lot for your help!
