I see this problem in a non-public web page and on www.dpreview.com.  If you
view the main page of the website it is pretty obvious, to see how it should
look use Netscape 7, older mozilla, IE, etc.  The main table column down the
center has a right border displayed, but images and text are spilling over the
border on the right side.  There is also some weird background with a second
table left edge displayed in the spillover area.  This problem came and went in
the 1.3 alpha/beta/nightlies.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to www.dpreview.com

Actual Results:  
Saw a mangled table instead of the nice table I see in Netscape 7

Expected Results:  
Displayed the table properly.

http://www.dpreview.com looks identical in a current trunk CVS build of Mozilla
and Netscape 7.02 (both on Linux)

Windows XP (for me at least).

the fix for this bug went into the trunk on 2002-02-22, it did not make it into
the branch. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186593#c44
