Privacy team would like to add a new Devtool panel to help diagnose AntiTracking-related breakages. The panel will have the following features

  • Viewing all blocked resources on the selected tab
  • Select any of the blocked resources to unblock and test if the website is fixed
  • Once the website is fixed, an interactive debugger is available which helps narrow down the exact resources that need to be added to the exceptions list

Adding a devtools panel is an option, but we should clarify the long term plan for this effort. Let's discuss either here or on matrix/slack.
Maybe if the features are useful enough it would be worth considering enabling such a panel for end users, but would require some commitment to maintain it.
