We need a new --icon-size-xsmall token that should use 12px as its value. We should be able to use this any place we are currently using width/height: 12px for icons (e.g., moz-breadcrumb-group).
As some of our --icon-size* tokens use --size-item* tokens to set the value, we might need to add --size-item-xsmall token as well.
