Steps to reproduce:
I created, three years ago, an event in my calendar for thursday, september 29, 2022, from 10:00 to 10:25.
Actual results:
Three years after, I still receive notifications some thursdays. I click "discard" but seems to not be enough. The calendar is empty for "today", but the event keeps appearing.
Expected results:
No notification should be shown for expired events.
