Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download a blocked file using the context menu
  2. Open the Library or about:downloads and double click the blocked file

Expected result

  • Nothing should happen when double-clicking on the blocked file

Actual result

  • A new empty tab opens when double-clicking on the blocked file

Regression range

  • Not a regression, as this is a new feature

Additional notes

  • Attached a screen recording
  • Not reproducing from the Downloads panel or when the file is downloaded without using the context menu (the file opens in a new tab)
