Based on our understanding of the WebDriver Classic spec, the cookies API should also be able to return or delete partitioned cookies. And this ability is going to be added in the scope of bug 1972830. With this bug, we should add wdspec tests to verify that cookies APIs can also handle partitioned cookies.
