If you click on the history drop-down arrow next to the Search button on the
location bar, it brings up the recently-visited sites history. In previous
versions, you could click on the arrow again to make the list retract again and
disappear, but in the new 1.3 release it is not happening. It briefly makes a
drop shadow behind the history drop-down instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the down arrow on the location bar. The history drops down.
2. Click it again and note that it does not retract.
3.

Actual Results:  
The history list does not disappear.

Expected Results:  
The history list should have disappeared.
