In previous versions, you could click on the arrow again to make the list retract again and disappear, but in the new 1.3 release it is not happening. It briefly makes a drop shadow behind the history drop-down instead. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on the down arrow on the location bar. The history drops down. 2. Click it again and note that it does not retract. 3. Actual Results: The history list does not disappear. Expected Results: The history list should have disappeared.
