User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:139.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/139.0

Steps to reproduce:

From a fresh install of Firefox (I'm using Linux mint where the title bar is enabled by default), I right clicked on the toolbar and clicked "customize toolbar" so I could disable the titlebar with the checkbox in the bottom left of the screen. After this is done, Firefox will experience a visual bug each time it opens, creating a weird offset to the top left of screen, before fixing itself after a second or two. I noticed different behavior depending on if the window is maximized or not when first starting the program.

Actual results:

Title bar was no longer there as I wanted, however Firefox now opened with an offset to the top left of the screen each time the programs opened. When Firefox opens while maximized, the window will be partially off the screen to the top left before fixing itself after a second or two. When a window is unmaximized, it will not open in the middle, but will open in the top left of the screen every time.

Expected results:

Firefox should open maximized without "shaking" for a second to the top left of the screen. When opening a unmaximized window, it should open in the middle and not the top left of the screen. It should open the exact same way as it does WITH a title bar, just without the title bar.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
