1973797 - Bring back some pocket policies

I was too zealous in removing the pocket policies on new tab.

Although they aren't called "Pocket" anymore, they are still valid policies - they remove stories and sponsored stories.

So I need to keep them or rename.

The main policy to deprecate was "Disable Pocket"
