1973830 - Migrate the Floating Action Button reusable component to use the M3 button color defaults

Rather than manually applying our Acorn color tokens, we should instead implicitly use the M3 color tokens when styling our reusable components. As part of this ticket, remove the custom coloring from the component and instead have the component use the color defaults from the M3 component.

QA - mainly an FYI to keep yall up-to-date with the rolling M3 changes - the floating action buttons in the app were changed to follow their updated component specs found here

The affected screens are:

• Bookmarks
• Downloads
• The Tabs Tray (without the enhancements enabled in Secret Settings)
• The FAB to show/hide the Debug Drawer

Verified as implemented on the latest Firefox for Android Nightly 144.0a1 from 8/21 using a Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 15), and Pixel 6 (Android 16).
