I'd like to have access to ms-images in remote settings to be able to upload assets to be used in experiments. (Such as https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14Jg9aK36Gf3zAHC1LH9BS4ibLF_hF-Dc).

Reaching out to a few reviewers of the ms-images collection for approval

at least in the past typically devs upload from command line but i believe there's a way to do it directly from the webui
