I've had a look at the image in Figma and it's the exact same image the existing custom wallpapers highlight already has (?), only at a higher resolution/size. I've resized it to fit the highlight and it's very much the same - actually, the old one is better, so I kept it. Unless I'm overlooking something, we only need to update the strings and not the image.

I have verified this enhancement using the latest Firefox Nightly 142.0a1 (Build ID: 20250709215737) build on Windows 10 x64, macOS 15.5, and Ubuntu 24.04.1, and I confirm the following:
- Initial state:
- No highlight is visible when opening a new tab. - Modified JSON content (ALT version):
- The updated Custom Wallpaper highlight appears correctly in the bottom-right corner, pointing at the "Customize" icon button, with the new copy: “Your browser. Your wallpaper” / “Pick a wallpaper or color to match your mood.” / “Try it now”
- Clicking “Try it now” opens the Customize Panel and properly dismisses the highlight. - Edge case:
- Dismissal behavior works correctly
- Clicking the “X” on the highlight updates its status to BLOCKED in about:asrouter. - Restoring original version:
- Switching to the original Custom Wallpaper highlight JSON triggers the correct highlight, in the same location, with the following copy: “Custom wallpapers are here” / “Upload your own wallpaper or pick a custom color to make Firefox yours.” / “Try it”
