Attachment: Custom Wallpaper Highlight with the new icon (currently)

With the upgrade of the Customize Panel icon in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1968834, we need to adjust the position of the highlight and the arrow relative to the new icon: the highlight needs to move down on the page and the arrow needs to move a little further down, too. See attached screenshot.

Dropped the arrow down by 2px and the highlight overall down by 20px so that the arrow points at the updated Customize icon.

I have verified this issue using the latest Firefox Nightly 142.0a1 (Build ID: 20250709215737) build on Windows 10 x64, macOS 15.5, and Ubuntu 24.04.1.

• The Custom Wallpaper highlight displays in the bottom-right corner of the new tab, properly aligned and pointing to the “Customize” icon button.
