if Mozilla is set up to receive mails automatically every x minutes and some 
new mail arrives and junk mail controls are enabled and all new received mails 
are classified as junk, then it shouldn't be notified that there is new mail

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable junk mail controls
2. enable auto receive mails every x minutes

Actual Results:  
each time, even it is junk mail, it is reported that there is new mail

Expected Results:  
if only junk mail arrived then don't notify

this could be made optional (configurable)

Please! search for existing bugs!!!
it took me 15 seconds to do a query on Mail Notification about "junk" and find
bug 189289
