I'm using mozilla 1.3 (recompiled from the redhat 8.0 with gtk2 src.rpm
available from mozilla.org) and I can't use accented characters. I recompiled it
without --enable-default-toolkit=gtk2 and the problem went away.
Reproducible: Always
