Steps to reproduce

1. Visit https://whattrainisitnow.com/release/?version=nightly . Currently updates are paused and there is a link to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/1976623 .
2. Follow the link. The visited page is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1976623 . (No fragment in the URL.)
3. Press the [1] (or other number) tab list button at the bottom.

Expected behavior

Tab list shown with no strange message.

Actual behavior

Above the tab list is the message "I'm a temporary text to indicate you're on the new Tab Fragment". See the attached screen shot.
