Attachment: Comment box open in PDF with a blue outline. The Cancel button underneath also has a blue outline because it is in focus

Prerequisites:

Use this link for testing

STR:

1. Open Firefox
2. Then open this prototype for testing
3. Click the Highlight icon button in the toolbar
4. A doortag should appear. Click on any highlighted text in the PDF
5. A smaller toolbar will appear close to the highlight you clicked. Click the comment icon button (first icon button in toolbar)
6. The comment textbox will appear. Press TAB to move keyboard focus to the Cancel button underneath

Actual:

Once you moved focus to the Cancel button inside of the Comment box, a blue focus outline will appear around the button. The same outline can be found around the textbox above this button

Expected:

The blue outline around the textbox should only appear if the focus has been set inside of the textbox
