It seems like I only caused the test to be ran verify. Even without my patches, it doesn't work in verify. So the regressor bug is wrong, but I'm not sure which one is the correct one yet

In bug 1978278 I made TV jobs no longer fail for preference changes, so the failure in this bug will no longer be reported.
