Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1971702

This is a DevTools test, which measures the performance of loading (in this case) the Inspector. Nothing about bug 1971702 changed how the Inspector works, but may have influenced the environment of the test (so not a real regression). As in prior instances of regressions like this for DAMP tests, I'm going to close this as WONTFIX.
