1977749 - Floating/broken search bar on Firefox Nightly for Android (on Android 11)

Steps to reproduce:

Recently, I've installed other keyboards on my phone, and before this started occuring I have once searched using another keyboard that wasn't Gboard.
This could also generally be a big with Android 11 on this version of Fenix.

Actual results:

The Fenix search bar floats above the reported area of the keyboard when the search bar is set to bottom. When set to top, the search bar goes approximately half it's height below it's normal location.

Changing the search bar appearance settings more, it is possible to make the whole bar disappear completely, therefore soft locking you out of changing it back (unless you potentially can launch Fenix directly into the settings activity with another app).

Expected results:

The bar should stay in the expected area near the top, as I have never experienced any different for my time using Firefox on Android.
If it's set to the bottom, it should be able to follow the keyboard as it pulls up, and should stay above the keyboard.

Attachment: Firefox Fenix (Firefox Nightly for Android) on Android 11 with buggy search bar. Fenix is running inside Work Profile and yet is reproduced as it was on my main installation of Fenix.

I am pretty sure this shouldn't be an issue anymore with composable toolbar enabled. Can you re check Austin?
