Do CTRL +A
Then select "Copy link to highlight"
Paste that link into a new tab and compare the selected text VS highlighted text.

Yeah, I can confirm, I have seen this behavior before. I don't know yet what's causing this. This also seems to happen if one selects something around one of the areas which are not highlighted, so it's not just affecting CTRL-A.
