Steps to reproduce:
The tabs in the recently closed tabs list not showing in the full history .. but ideally it should show because full history list means all history and recently closed tabs should be just a filter for last 10 tabs.
Please fix.

I seem to be affected by this as well. Triggering the bug is not straightforward... but rather than "Recently closed tabs" not appearing in history... the visited webpages do not appear in history at all but only appear in "Recently closed tabs". A webpage should logically exist in history before you ever close the tab.
This is especially annoying to me because these pages cannot be sync'ed to other instances of Firefox, so unless I visit the "Recently closed tabs" on my phone and get lucky, the history is lost forever. (probably) Somehow searching keywords will have "Firefox suggest" find the item like it's in some local database. Other instances of Firefox on the same phone cannot find it the same way, nor can my desktop browser.
Reproducing this seems weird. For example, I have a bookmark tile to this location:
https://news.google.com/home?hl=en-US&gl=US&ceid=US:en
It seems to never make history and all of the news articles I click on to other websites also do not make history because they were spawned from this tab. On the other hand, the pages all appear in "Recently closed tabs" with non-Google/AMP links. I don't see Google News in the OP's screenshots... so I assume it's not related to that one website... but it's where I know it happens to me.
Refreshing the pages also does not make a history entry. Closing all of the tabs, explicitly closing Firefox... opening a 2nd tier(not Google News) site from "Recently closed tabs" still does not create a history entry. Entering the same problem URL from the clipboard into a new tab will create a history item correctly.
But the 1st tier site(for me Google News) will never make a history entry no matter how I enter the URL. On desktop, everything makes history normally.
