2. allow disqus content in shield icon
3. disallow disqus content in shield icon

Got result:

• smartblock embed shown again on website
• shield doesn't have smarblock embed

Expected result

• shild keeps the smartblock enable/disable slider

Workaround:

• After reloading the page, the shild contains the item again

(For some reason the smartblock embed doesn't work on my regular nightly. But on clean profile it does work. I can report separately).
