User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:141.0) Gecko/141.0 Firefox/141.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click the home icon on the left of the toolbar
  2. Long press the Firefox icon and click "New Tab"

Actual results:

  1. Firefox freezes for a bit before opening the home page
  2. The Firefox logo bounces for a few seconds before opening the home page

Expected results:

The home page opens immediately
