With fix of Bug 1816549, ASRouter browser tests complains of changed preference. To fix we should explicitly check which prefs are not getting reset between tests. For browser_asrouter_targeting most probably check_isChinaRepack, checkAddonsInfo and check_region are likely causing these errors
