Creating a Taskbar Tab on https://badssl.com uses the default favicon instead of the blue lock icon that appears in the tab bar.

I don't know where the bug is (I think it might be in the favicon service?), but I'll keep it here for now. Pretty sure it happens with or without the patch for bug 1978950 or bug 1977003. Creating the Taskbar Tab still works, just not the icon.
