My cursor almost constantly flickers between cursor and text select on most websites.

Steps to reproduce:

Use a Wacom tablet and pen instead of a mouse (drivers all up to date). Go on most websites (especially YouTube or anything with videos).

Actual results:

The cursor keeps flickering between the regular cursor and text select, no matter where on the page, and even lags quite a bit. It makes navigating most websites a bit of a nightmare. This only started after Firefox's latest update, I've never had this issue before.

Expected results:

Cursor appears and reacts normally, only changing when placed on an element that should make it do so.
